Yes, all four theme parks and both water parks offer locker rental for $5 and a $2 deposit which will be returned to you when you return the locker key. Here is where they are located:
Magic Kingdom - Under the train station at the entrance of the park
Epcot - To the right of Spaceship Earth (the large 'Golf-ball') near the restrooms
Hollywood Studios - Rent them at Crossroads of the World at the entrance; lockers are to the right at Oscar's Super Service
Animal Kingdom - Next to Guest Services inside the park
Both water parks have locker rental near Guest Services inside the park
