What is the best starter pokemon in all of the games?
It kind of depends on where your using the pokemon. If you're talking about ingame, then it's hard to compare pokemon from different generations. But competitively speaking, Blaziken is definitely the best, if you count dream world abilities. His speed boost ability allows him to easily outspeed opponents to sweep or baton pass to someone else.

Atk to try to even the odds.Swampert is the best for the Battle Frontier, since it has good defenses that should be trained just a little bit just enough to make it very tough to beat, then you can train its Atk to make 1-hit KO's very easy for Swampert.

I've never seen a shiny Blaziken, but I think it could be... maybe blue or something. Someone else can probably answer this question better than me. xD Shiny blaziken isn't blue, shiny blaziken has the same colours but his yellow and red colour are darker, while the white hair is the pure white colour, seeming to glow.
