Superman is possible. We already are. But we live in the Earth. If we move to the moon, the low gravity will enable us to jump and perhaps flight much like a superman. We are more powerful beings in low gravity.

Perhaps there are other universes where matter and gravity are less dense. If a human in this universe moves to this kind of universe, we will be a superman. I wonder if a human can survive in an universe with different physical properties since superman also need to eat and cells needs to be replaced gradually with new materials. Drinking a less dense water and food will turn the superman into a normal being when the matter is gradually replaced, assuming that in the less dense universe, matter has similar properties to support it.
