Can golbat evolve into Crobat in Pokemon gold?

It evolve when it is lv 62. And you must let him or her hold the SOOTHE BELL!!! achully it evolves at lv 48 NOT holding a soothe bell. You both are wrong, Golbat evolve at level 68.

Golbat doesn't envolve in a certain level,you need to raise it's happiness for it to evolve into a crobat do what i did i have a level 89 crobat what i did was

I gave it protien,zinc,mail,ball capsul,put it first in my party,didnt let it faint.

golbat evolves into crobat when you max out its happiness and it only evolves in Pokemon emerald, platinum, Sapphire, ruby, diamond, and pearl all other Pokemon games it does not evolve golbat just evolves in the Pokemon games i listed and all other Pokemon games golbat does not have an evolution because crobat didnt exist because game freak (the company that created Pokemon) didnt come out with an evolution of golbat at that time so it only evolves in the 6 Pokemon games i listed

It doesn't evolve unless you trade it. Ask a friend who has a diamond, pearl, platinum, soul silver, or heartgold to trade your golbat and trade it back! Then you'll have a golbat!
