Only Rotom, but I have heard that you can do the tweaking glitch where there is either a black void or and invisible one, then you go to the day care man and there should be an egg. But there has to be a legendary and a ditto to make it work.

Mainly because they usually don't have a gender, so a ditto wouldn't work. And there is only one of them if you didnt have a ditto.

However, it is possible for some partially or fully evolved Pokemon to be hatched from eggs, such as Snorlax or Chansey, if the bred Pokemon are not holding the proper items (in this case, Full Incense and Luck Incense, respectively. This was to allow baby forms of Pokemon from previous generations to be hatched, with the existence of new items). It is not the fact that a Pokemon has a gender which makes it able to be born from an egg. Latias, Latios, Cresselia and Heatran all have genders but are not born from eggs. Some or most inorganic Pokemon like Bronzor can be hatched from eggs. The most valid argument seems to be that most Pokemon are born from eggs, but not all of them. There seems to be no rule as yet for Pokemon eggs.
