They certainly can fire someone if they are the majority owner, That's what happened to a friend of mine who was a member of management at RJR Nabisco, Henry Kravis and his company KKR bought the company and then came in fired the company's CEO Ross Johnson and members of management including my friend. If 4 partners create an LLC and one of the partners forms a different additional LLC and doesn't pay his loan can the loan company go after the four partner LLC for money?

The definition of an LLC is a limited liability corporation. And as such each partner has a very limited liability to the actions of other partners. If a scam is involved then an investigation will be launched into who was involved but as far as financials go I believe that the company will take the hit on a defaulted loan and not the partners own pockets.

What if the other insurance company says they are not going to pay this claim and that you need to file with your own company even though the other person was at fault and was cited?

File with your own company anyways. They have a 'no fault' claim that they will pay for you now, and it will be up to them to collect the money from the other company when it is resolved who is at fault.

What company did Shakespeare become involved with by 1594?

The Lord Chamberlain's Men was an acting company formed in 1594. William Shakespeare was one of its charter members. Most of its partners had previously been partners in other acting companies, particularly Lord Strange's Men, which had gone broke due to the long theatre closures in 1593-4. Apparently this was not true of Shakespeare; as far as we can tell this was the first time he was a partner in an acting company.
