The God Cards have a few protections, but they are not completely immune to everything.
Their normal summons cannot be negated, meaning no Solemn Judgment and similar. Their summons cannot be responded to (apart from Ra, who can use his own effects), meaning no Bottomless Trap Hole or Torrential Tribute.
Obelisk cannot be targeted, meaning no Caius the Shadow Monarch, or Dark Armed Dragon effects. But apart from these, Obelisk and Ra are still vulnerable. You can use monster effects that do not target, like Honest, Judgment Dragon or Black Rose Dragon.

The Egyptian God Cards are a set of 3 cards within the Yu-Gi-Oh! universe. They served as a focal point in both the anime and manga versions of the series and can be purchased to be used in the Yu-Gi-Oh! trading card game.
I believe they where sold in rare booster packs or tins. They only way i know how to get 'em is by trading/buying them. Http://www.marktplaats.nl Http://www.ebay.com or others.
Yes. The 3 Egyptian god cards do have an aeffect.
If it's one of the ones that has no listed effects, then that is a non game-legal version. Only the two JUMP promo ones are game legal - Obelisk and Ra. Slifer is yet to be released.
Egyptian God cards, like the "Winged Dragon of Ra", cannot be targeted by Spell, Trap or Monster effects. This includes effects like "Snipe Hunter", "Raigeki Break" and "Tribute to the Doomed". Cards like "Judgement Dragon", "Mirror Force" and "Lightning Vortex" that destroy monsters, but do not actually designate a specific monster to destroy will get rid of Egyptian God cards. The Individual Card Rulings section at YuGiOh-Card.com will tell you which cards do target monsters and which ones don't if you are curious about a particular card:http://entertainment.upperdeck.com/yugioh/en/gameplay/faqs/cardfaqs/default.aspxActually if you use magnet monsters like Gamma or Alpha, you can backfire Slifer the Sky Dragon's special abillity so it will decrease their attack strength.
"The Winged Dragon of Ra" and the rest of the Egyptian God Cards do not have offical rules pertaining to them, but it is generally accepted that Spell, Trap and Monster effects cannot target God Cards. So cards like "Smashing Ground", "Mirror Force" and "Torrential Tribute" would be able to destroy God Cards. "Sakuretsu Armor", "Rageki Break", "Exiled Force" and other cards that target a specific monster would not be able to target a God Card.
on a normal monster card the edges are white for fake cards otherwise gray or black. god cards basically the same.
'Scapegoats' is the spell card, and 'Sheep Tokens' are what it summons.Token monsters are treated as monster cards in almost every way. They can be destroyed in the same way, with cards like Lightning Vortex or Smashing Ground.
You have to summon them first - they equip by using their Ignition Effects, which can only be done when they are on the field in the monster zone.

Obelisk is only protected from effects that target him, while Ra has no protection at all. Time Wizard can destroy them both.

The Egyptian God cards in Stardust Accelerator are all protected from magic or trap effects. These cards are extremely rare in the game and can only be obtained through use of WiFi.
Because there are no official rules for the Egyptian God cards, the only reliable way to destroy "Slifer the Sky Dragon" would be to destroy it in battle with a monster with equal or greater attack. This can be accomplished by using "Honest" while attacking/ being attacked by "Slifer", discarding cards from your opponent's hand to lower its attack, and more.
Do you mean normal or special summon? If you special summon him, it says he is destroyed at the end phase. If he is normal summoned, then he lives. This is what his effect means- Card's such as "Tribute to the Doomed' and "Barrel Dragon" cannot destroy him with their effects. However, cards such as "Mirror Force" "Dark Hole" and "Raigeki" for example CAN destroy him. You cannot bring him back from the graveyard (unless all monster cards are brought back) or equip him with cards such as "Axe of Despair". For the other part of the effect, you can tribute two monster cards on your side of the field to destroy all of your opponents monster cards, however, he cannot attack that turn. You may also use him as one of the tributes if you want to. Hope this helped!
Yes. Monsters that are acting as Equip cards, are considered to be Equip Spell Cards and are affected by everything that normally affects Spell Cards. So spell destruction cards will affect them while monster destruction will not.
If they are the ones with effects(playable), yes
Yes, Slifer and any other Egyptian God card can be destroyed by trap cards. More specifically, traps that don't target, like "Mirror Force", and traps that negate effects and destroy, like "Divine Wrath".
In the anime they cannot, but in real life, it's just like any other monster, so yes
Their EFFECTS are written on the cards. The classic versions however cannot be used in the first place.
