There are many different types of "magic cards," but here is one simple way. Take 6 cards, all the same size. Let's call the cards A, B, C, D, E, and F.1. In that order put the numbers 1, 2, 4, 8, 16, and 32 in the top-left corners.2. Take card A (which should have a 1 on it) and write three next to the one (add two). Then write five. Continue adding two until you get to 59.3. On card B, with a 2, write a 3. Then write a 6. Then a 7. Continue adding one and then three until 59 again.4. On card C, add 1 three times and then add 5. Repeat this until 60.5. Ask why there is a step 5 in this process.6. On card D, Add 1 six times (until 15 on the first time) and then add nine. Continue until 60.7. On card E, Add 1 until you get to 31. Then write 48. Continue adding 1 until 60.8. Finally, On card F, Simply add 1 until 60.
A person who has been prescribed ADD meds should MOST DEFINITELY take them on weekends if he is going to be driving. Driving requires significant attention to detail and focus and is just as, or more important, than schoolwork when it comes to the meds.
Yes, military schools do except kids with ADHD. Yes , military schools take kids
Kids with ADD should not take meds just take red #40 food coloring out of there diet and give them Attention you can get it at health stores. They don't meds you can take care of that your self Doctors want tell you that they want to drug them up with ADHD meds!
add meds that you can get a small buzz off of
It would counter-act the stimulant effects of the ADD drug.
You can't, I've tried to do everything for it. In my opinion you should let your kid off meds and save you and your son a lot of trouble, I'm a extremley under-weight fourteen-year-old girl and you can thank the ADD meds for it, my parents make me take it, so if you don't want to see the poor kid sick I suggest you take him off meds. Get him into individual classes (If he's in school) and that can help, just don'tput him through the pain and misery, seriously.
you will have an insanely bad crash and if you have depression your symptoms will worsen for a few days after taking ADD meds
not really sure what you're actually asking...you can be in the military if you have ADHD but you can't be in the military if you have to take medication, it's too difficult to get them if you're overseas or in combat.
Yes, Many military aircraft use a system the USA calls "JATO" that is a add on rocket to air in take offs.
It shouldn't. For medical clearance, the Army is looking for confirmation that he is not currently under treatment (pharmaceutically) for ADD. It is just a hoop, bureuacratic red tape that he will just have to deal with.
No. They receive nothing from the military until they sucker you into putting a ring on their finger.
No. In military time, you add 12 hours to the time you are currently in.
