But it is much more effective in viridian forest if you walk around with an electric type Pokemon eg .ampharos

∙ 11y agoEntei is one of the 3 legendary Pokemon in HeartGold/SoulSilver, along with Raikou and Suicune. When you're hunting them down, icons of them will appear on your town map. Although Entei is not as easy to locate as Suicune, it is possible. It will take much time, but once you get it, capture it with a Master Ball or lower its HP and try to catch it with an Ultra Ball.

You can't obtain Spinarak in Soul Silver by catching, so you'll have to trade it over from Heart Gold.
