No, you cannot get solrock on sapphire, you'll see lunatone instead at the place where you get solrock. You just have to trade it from ruby or emerald. ruby:mossdeep city gym leaders tate and liza only have solrock and lunatone emerald:mossdeep city gym leaders tate and liza have solrock and lunatone and other pokemon sapphire:i dunno, sapphire and ruby are ALMOST the same :P
Basically Pokémon Ruby and Sapphire has the same Pokémon, but in Ruby you can only get Groudon and Rayquaza. In Sapphire, you can get Kyogre and Rayquaza only. In Emerald, you can get all Kyogre, Groudon, and Rayquaza.
Pokemon Ruby has you battle off against Team Magma and Groudon. In Sapphire, you battle off against Team Aqua and Kyogre. There's not really much a difference between the two. Also, the Lati's (Latias and Latios) also depend on the game. For Ruby, it's Latios. For Sapphire, it's Latias.
You can't. Only Lunatone is available on Sapphire. If you want a Solrock you need to trade it from Ruby.
Tate and Liza have on Ruby and Sapphire: Solrock Lunatone On Emerald they have: Claydol Xatu Lunatone Solrock
i dont think you can unless you have emerald, Ruby Sapphire
solrock does not evolve.lunatone can only be found in sapphire

Solrock and Lunatone don't evolve their both basic's they can be caught at Meteorite falls in Sapphire and Ruby respectablyTo my knowledge Solrock doesn't evolve in any game so far released.
You can onl catch LUNATONE in SAPPHIRE but you can catch solrock in emerald

The Missing Pokémon in Pokémon Sapphire are Latios, Zangoose, Solrock, Groudon, Seedot/Nuzleaf/Shiftry and Mawile.
Quite high same as a solrock with a sunstone in Pokemon ruby LOL
To defeat or "beat" the 7th gym leader in Pokemon sapphire there twins and they have a solrock and a lunatone to beat them I suggest about level 40-50 water types.
You can't catch seedot, nuzleaf, shiftry, mawile, zangoose, solrock, Groudon, or latios.
