No, you can't. Unless they're under 3 years old.
Each annual pass is valid for one specific individual. There are no "family" passes.
You can sign up for one and pay for it in the regular ticket lines. There is also Guest Services to the left of the park entrance if you want to renew your pass.
When you purchase an annual pass (actually, the first time you use it) they'll take a picture of you; every time after that when they scan the pass at the gate, your picture pops up so they can verify that it's yours. Could you get away with using someone else's pass? Maybe, if you look enough like them, but if you get caught they'll probably confiscate the pass and ban both of you from the park.
If it's an annual pass then it lasts one year.

No you just pay around £30 to get in. Or you can get an annual pass or Merlin Pass and get in for free. so go have so fun
I don't know exactly what you mean by "pay one day come back free for the rest of the year", unless you mean an annual pass, which generally are valid for a year from when you buy them rather than for the rest of the (calendar) year.An annual pass for Disneyland ranges from around $300 to over $1000, depending on how many 'blackout days' you're willing to tolerate (also, you have to live in Southern California to get the cheapest level of pass).Universal Hollywood is cheaper, at a little under $300 to about $600 for an annual pass. However, there's significantly less to do at Universal. Universal also has a pass that's closer to the "for the rest of the year" concept, but I believe the price for that varies depending on when in the year you buy it.
The annual cost of a Sentri pass is 122.25.
No.

by going to Disneyland and buying a pass. it must be valid.:-)
A discounted annual pass is available for residents of Southern California. Other than this, no public discounts are offered. You must be an employee or a friend/family member of an employee to be able to receive discounted tickets.
