When you purchase an annual pass (actually, the first time you use it) they'll take a picture of you; every time after that when they scan the pass at the gate, your picture pops up so they can verify that it's yours. Could you get away with using someone else's pass? Maybe, if you look enough like them, but if you get caught they'll probably confiscate the pass and ban both of you from the park.

Disneyland was opened on July 18th, 1955. Its name was changed to Disneyland Park in 1998.
The castle at Disneyland is Sleeping Beauty's Castle. The one is Disney World is Cinderella's castle.
Both of them start with someone's last name and end with "land".There's really no other similarity.McDonald's was sued by the Kroffts for the McDonaldland characters being too similar to their TV show HR Pufnstuf (and the similarities there were pretty obvious), but I've never heard anyone compare it to Disneyland in any meaningful way.
