The legendary locations are as follows;
Dialga is at the top of Mt. Coronet, usually called 'Spear Piller'. ( Diamond Only )
Palkia is in the same location as listed above. ( Pearl Only )
Uxie is found at Lake Acuity.
Mesprit is found at Lake Verity. However, Mesprit will flee at the sight of your trainer and you have to track her down using the Marking Map.
Azelf is found at Lake Valor.
But they are only available for you to catch after you capture ( or defeat ), Dialga or Palkia.
Heatran is found high in Stark Mountain. Although first you must complete the objectives before he will appear. ( See Related Links for more information ).
Regigigas is inside SnowPoint temple. At first he is just a statue. You will need to acquire Registeel, Regice and Regirock from previous games.
Giratina is in Turnback Cave.
Cresselia is located at Fullmoon Island. She will also flee and you will have to track her down like Mesprit.
