Well, I've wondered this myself, and the answer that makes the most sense to me is to type in Pokemon Crater on Google. You have to register and have a username and password. Pokemon Crater is not 3-dimensional, but it is as close as you can get for free. As an avid Pokemon fan myself, I wondered that too. Hopefully I helped.
