It doesn't work with a wireless adaptor.
AnswerUnfortunately, Pokemon Sapphire is not compatible with the wireless adaptor which was released with Pokemon LeafGreen. It can only trade to or receive from LeafGreen via a link cable, which is only possible through the use of two Game Boy Advanced (or SP) systems.If you try to initiate trade through two DS systems, you will find that a link cable cannot be used and that the wireless connection in LeafGreen cannot be established, even though it is a wireless compatible game (the systems are different, so LeafGreen will not link with the DS' wireless communications).

∙ 14y agoNo, you cannot trade with a DS playing a Gameboy Advanced Pokémon Game with a Gameboy Advanced that has a Pokémon game in it that also has the Wireless Adapter attached to it. Gameboy Advanced Pokémon games can only be traded between Gameboy Advances.
