As soon as you have all five pieces in hand (and are not part way through resolving a single effect) you may declare the win. That can be in your turn, the opponent's turn, during any step or phase that the last piece is added to your hand.

It kinda screws in and out its a half turn to the left. Righty tighty lefty loosey. They are located just behind the lamp housing and are connected to harnesses. Once you've turned them a half turn you can pull the whole connector and bulb out as one piece. Then just pull the bulb out the harness and plug the new ones in. It'll be harder to screw them back in but it can be done!

I'm assuming you're saying you're ambidextrous. Yes, your genes will be passed along. Here are some stats:Chances of a left-handed child:2 natural lefty parents: 50%2 natural righty parents: 9%1 natural lefty and 1 natural righty parent: 20%2 ambidextrous parents: 30%1 ambidextrous and 1 lefty parent: 45%1 ambidextrous and 1 righty parent: 15%So being unnaturally left handed will have a slight impact on whether the next generation is left handed or not but not a particuarly big one.
