Yes, when you press A on ''Add new code'' it'll ask you to input the name of the code. Then, after naming the code, you have to input the actual code (letters and numbers). Then click accept and you now have a new code
that's not what i meant i know how to do that but for some games like the new Pokemon white or black im supposed to update the ar for the codes to work and right now i don't have the cable to do it
Have someone else do it - JOKE If you have the action replay disc, (comes with it/ about the size of a gamecube disc), you can move the codes from a website to the Action Replay Manager- (the disc) and then if you have the usb cable (also comes with AR) you can download them to your AR. But typing them in isn't so bad I type almost all of mine in and my brothers plus I write them all down, even the super long ones...
there are two ways... 1.) if you have the linking cable go through the game and trade Pokemon holding to a different game. 2.) get an action replay and put in the code for 999 rare candies
Game shark is 3G5H8D9K4O013VO7N HOPE YOU LIKE IT :) Unfortunately, there is no real way without a gameshark,action-replay etc. how ever, although this will not work in ruby or sapphire, in emerald once you have caught all Pokemon from your regional dex go to prof birch and he will let you choose one of the three starters from the Jhoto region
yes
Normally you would need two Wireless Adapters for these games not a Link Cable.
plug your action replay in to the computer with the cable and select quick update that will give you all the codes
Yes, the action replay has code encrypted on it already, to update for new codes, use the Ds to USB cable turn the dsi on and click the mouse on the DSI
1. Insert the Action Replay disc and connect your Action Replay card to the USB Cable. 2. Pull up the Action Replay window screen 3. In the upper right corner of the window you will see Update Software 4. Click that button and your Action Replay should be fully updated! (WARNING: It may take up to 6-9 weeks until the next update!!!!!)
To Update your action replay connect your action replay with the cable provided to your computer (your DS and action replay should be switched on) open up your action replay code manager. (Assuming you have alreadydownloaded the software) and click on either the DS icon for a quick update (this refreshes the game list and includes new games) or you can click the other Icon for a software update to see the latest versions of action replay DS... Once you have clicked on the DS icon, the update should take place :) warning: THIS WILL DELETE ALL OF YOUR CODES SO MAKE SURE THAT YOU HAVE SAVED ALL CUSTOM CODES BEFORE UPDATING
The cable for connecting to ur computer should come with the action replay. No cable is needed to use on ds. just put game in action replay and plug in action replay like its game
first you hook your U.S.B cable to the action replay. Then you install the disc on your computer and update your cheats. This will either fix or completely destroy your action re[lay. P.S. Use aat your own risk
OH shut it you have to plug the USB cable into ur ds and then do the action replay code if u do it without plugging the USB cable then it will cause a serious virus in your ds system
u can use the action replay software or u can go on the internet for codes
with the cable it came with
yes you get a usb cable with it yes you get a usb cable with it
first, plug in the cable that is included in the action replay box into your computer. Then turn your ds (with action replay in it). A screen should pop up on your computer listing all of the games. On that screen press the quick update button. Then your ds should be updating. If you want to get a tutorial on how to add certain games, to youtube.
