I don't know where to get it without a cheat and I think you mean Mystery Ticket. Try Google.
If you choose to use code it would be 82003884 0172 under CodeBreaker. Go to a Pokemart after applying. It should overwrite the 1st item and may/may not be free.

∙ 7y agoFirst you have to find out what the original game was before they hacked it into chaos black version and then look up the cheats for that game at a preferred cheat code website....I just found it that it was based off of pokemon fire red so look up cheats for fire red and it will work on there.
