Clarification on Yugioh card Infernal Dragon effect and how the tributing part of the effect works. Can you tribute your opponet's monsters to use it's card effect to come back from the grave?

You can only ever Tribute something that you control, unless specifically instructed to do otherwise. Cards like Lava Golem and Soul Exchange for example, are cards that specifically say the opponent's monster can be tributed.

∙ 13y agoUnless stated otherwise, a tribute must always be something you control. The only time you can tribute an opponent's card is if your card specifically says you can do it, like Lava Golem, or Soul Exchange.
