In 1994, Bud Light launched its Rob and Laura campaign created by Marshall Advertising, Inc.
The 30-second spots were shot in black and white using clips from The Dick Van Dyke Show.
The clip was interrupted by a narrator saying "For the great taste that won't fill you up and never lets you down, Make it a Bud Light".
Early TV spots ended with the Bud Light logo in the center, but it moved to the left in later ads.
