Here accent was "standard" Midwest American, although her precise enuciation of words (as was the style for film actors of the time) may sound vaguely British.

Judy Garland Deans was 47 years of age at the time of her death. Her last MOVIE was entitled ( I could Go on singing) and was made around l962. she was involved in live Concerts up to almost the end. There was talk she was considered for the movie version of Valley of the Dolls, but this is mere speculation. Sharon Tate pulled the main lead in that film- and was , as we all know one of the primary targets of the Manson Murders- Grim year 1969. Judy Garland died, the Manson Murders took out a (Full House) and , this is under-examined, We almost lost Gina Lollobrigida in an auto accident in Italy. Involved skidding on ice.
Answer.I really don't think you could fool the British but you could always try. Get some British flicks like the old Harry Potter movies and try saying the words they say, and record yourself. You could choose a specific part of Britain, every city has its own accent. Choose one and study it.
It is not possible to directly answer this question as A. Vinyl albums are somewhat obsolecent, though many are in use and some still being reprinted, B. Very often albums when re-issued will change titles to fool the audience into thinking this is someting new ( this was done with some Beatles albums, released after the group had broken up) there are all manner of anthology albums and also records related directly to her various musical film roles from (OZ) to ( meet Me at St.Louis) allowing for reissues- it is like reruns on tv and reprinted books including comic books. it is difficult to statisticize, to put it mildly. For some reason she did not- in the later stages of her career and she did concerts almost up to the end of her life- in l969 record concert-based albums, unlike many rock stars.
With a British accent.
English but with a diffrent accent.
no in real life he is british with a british accent
A black person's accent depends on where they learned to talk. If they learned to talk in England, they might have a British accent. If they learned to talk in Nigeria, they might have a Hausa accent or a Yoruba accent, etc. depending on which Nigerian languge they learned. If they learned to talk in the southern US, they might have a southern accent.
