No.
Never in the books but there are plenty of fan fiction stories in which they are romantically involved.
No. Although Snape loved Lily, they never went out. nor kissed. They were only good friends, until their fifth year when Snape called Lily a mudblood.
No. Voldemort is, as far as we can see, asexual. Bellatrix may be intrested in him but he does not return these feelings and she is married to someone else.
It is unknown if Severus Snape has ever seen that mirror or what he saw inside it but it is likely that it had something to do with him and Lily being together.
Severus Snape never has the Elder wand, nor was he ever its master.
Severus Snape and Lily Evans lived in the same neighbourhood growing up and became friends before starting Hogwarts. At Hogwarts they were sorted into different (rivaling) houses, but kept up their friendship for several years. However they grew apart more and more over the years. In their fifth year Lily tried to step in and defend Severus on one of many occasions when he was being bullied and publicly humiliated by a few of Lilys housemates (among them her future husband; James Potter). Severus however was angry and humiliated and lashed out, insulting Lily. After this their friendship, as far as Lily was concerned, was over. Severus however felt more than mere friendship towards Lily, he loved her and continued to do so even after she would no longer speak to him. Severus was an angry, neglected, bullied teenager who didn't really have anyone to turn to after losing his friendship with Lily. He was recruited by the evil revolutionary Lord Voldemort soon after finishing Hogwarts. He overheard a prophecy by Trelawney (later the professor in divination at Hogwarts) which he retold to his master, Voldemort. What Severus only learned later was that this prophecy made the Potters (Lily, her husband James and their infant son Harry) a major target. Severus realized to his horror that Voldemort, a coldblooded murderer, was after Lily because of the information he himself had put forth. Desperate to save Lily, Severus approached Dumbledore and became a spy for the Light (opposing Voldemort in secret). However Voldemort still found and managed to kill Lily and James. Severus was devastated by her death and would never forgive himself for the part he had played in it. He continued on working for Dumbledore, doing everything he could to help Lily's son Harry survive and eventually defeat Voldemort. He spent the rest of his life after Lily's death on this quest for redemption and he idealized the memory of her to the point where she became an almost flawless saint in his eyes.
James Sirius Potter after Harry Potter's father and godfather. Lily Luna Potter after Harry Potter's mother and friend. They also have another child named Albus Severus Potter after the two bravest people Harry Potter ever knew: Albus Dumbledore and Severus Snape.
Yes, he is. It is revealed in the final book that he loved Lily Potter for most of his life and because of this love, which Voldemort never understood, he worked as a spy for Dumbledore and helped protect Harry. The act of killing Dumbledore was planned months before the actual event. Dumbledore was going to die within a year or so because he put on Marvolo Gaunt's ring (it was actually the Resurrection Stone, part of the Deathly Hallows) which had a terrible curse on it, which explains why his hand is black and looks dead in the sixth book. Snape is killed by Voldemort in the final book, but before he dies, he is able to give Harry his memories in accord with Dumbledore's instructions. It is through these memories that we realize that Snape is in fact a good guy. Harry later names his second son, Albus Severus. Harry tells his son in the final pages of the book that Snape was probably the bravest man that he ever knew.

Yes, with Lily Evans.
No, Severus Snape died and never married.
Severus Snape never has the Elder wand, nor was he ever its master.
Not really. Severus Snape joined the Death Eaters out of school. When he learned that Voldemort was going to kill the only woman he ever loved, Lily (Evans) Potter, he changed sides. Snape promised Dumbledore that he would convince Voldemort he was spying on the Order of the Phoenix for the Death Eaters. Really, he was spying on the Death Eaters for the Order and only passing selected information to the Death Eaters.
There is no known epitaph for Severus Snape, apart from what Harry Potter mentions that he was 'the bravest man he ever knew'.
James Sirius - after his father, James Potter, and his godfather, Sirius Black.Albus Severus - after Albus Dumbledore and Severus Snape, the two bravest people Harry Potter ever knew.Lily Luna - after his mother, Lily (Evans) Potter and a dear friend, Luna Lovegood.
James Sirius Potter is named after Harry Potter's father and godfather; James Potter and Sirius Black. Albus Severus Potter is named after the two bravest men Harry Potter ever knew: Albus Dumbledore and Severus Snape. Lily Luna Potter is named after Harry Potter's mother and a dear friend: Lily (Evans) Potter and Luna Lovegood.
He always thought he controlled Severus Snape and had no reason to fear him. The only person Voldemort ever feared was Albus Dumbledore.
He loved Lily Evans (Harry's mother), but she only considered him a close friend. She was his only real friend; they had become friends as children. Snape's love for Lily - in spite of her marriage to James Potter, whom Snape despised - was his motivation to become a double agent for Dumbledore when he learned that Lily was marked for death by Voldemort.
Of course. He cries in the last book, when he's in Sirius' room at #12 Grimmauld Place, looking at the picture of Lily and the letter from her to Sirius. We see it when Harry looks at Snape's memories in "The Prince's Tale" chapter.
We don't know if he ever kissed anybody.
