The best tip I can give if you have one teenager, is let them bring a friend! Our oldest daughter is 16. She was a real pill last year, but brought a friend this year, and was very pleasant to be around. Also, I felt more comfortable cutting the two of them loose for a few hours, than when my daughter was alone. We felt very comfortable letting the girls use Disney transportation on their own, and going to a movie at Pleasure Island or the Rain Forest caf

-Sit right where a parade starts that way you see everything first and you can leave earlier and ride rides without as much of a line
-Stay at a Disney resort and you get extra park hours!!
-Also if you stay at a Disney resort Disney staff take you and your lugedge to your room right from the airport!!
Tips
~So basically start in one section of the park and work your way over to the other side. Makes life easier.
~Prepare to spend a bit on food and merchandise.
~Grab another FastPass as soon as you can.
~Go to the long line rides first (AKA Splash Mountain, Space Mountain, Matterhorn.. etc) In the morning or during parades or fireworks.
~Go on Holidays, the parks are mostly quiet, but the next day is super packed.

Ohh... I wish. It is extremely hard to become a disney star. There are already thousands of kids auditioning for Disney channel and the odds of you becoming a star are really low. Until last year, WDW travel packages were not a very good deal. However, since the introduction of the Magic Your Way ticket and related packages, most of the discounts that Disney offers are extensions of their travel packages.
