No, it can't trigger from its own summon. It has to be already there on the field, and be there when a Synchro Summon happens, for its card draw effect to trigger.
The timing is missed on an optional trigger if something 'happen', such as a resolution or another summon, after the trigger condition is met but before it has time to activate. After it has activated correctly, it can no longer miss the timing, even if something resolves before it. The synchro summon is the trigger condition for both effects. As a mandatory trigger, TG Hyper Librarian will activate first as chain link 1. Nothing has 'happened' yet, to make Formula Synchron miss the timing, the optional trigger will be placed at chain link 2. They will resolve in reverse order as normal.
i prefer fusion I would say Synchro monsters. They are new and improve and much way better then most Fusion monster. It really don't matter but I say Fusion monsters are kinda old and too simple in summoning stronger monsters. Synchro monsters in the other hand are like future way of summoning monters and give it that new way. The only thing that make Fusion cards a little ok is the Elemental Heros cards. If you compare them both I know you stick with the Synchro monster.
No, but if you go to "Yugioh Wikia" you will find out wich cards are real and wich ones arn't. You can Google it then hit the first hyper link, it should say "Yu-Gi-Oh!". Once there you should see the home page.
It can be a good deck. you just need the cards to go with it. Like you need Quilbolt hedgehog, hes a good card to go with a synchron deck. also junk, Nitro, Road, Turbo, Quick, and hyper Synchrons. and then you need cards that help bring them out.

yes he says when it is used for a synchro summon the monster gets 800 extra points and cant be destroyed by battle but is really stupid for real the monster it is synchro summoned can only be dragon 8 star to have 800 points more and gets removed from play at end phase
