The timing is missed on an optional trigger if something 'happen', such as a resolution or another summon, after the trigger condition is met but before it has time to activate. After it has activated correctly, it can no longer miss the timing, even if something resolves before it.

The synchro summon is the trigger condition for both effects. As a mandatory trigger, TG Hyper Librarian will activate first as chain link 1. Nothing has 'happened' yet, to make Formula Synchron miss the timing, the optional trigger will be placed at chain link 2. They will resolve in reverse order as normal.

In which booster packs can you get 'Formula Synchron'?

Formula Synchron is a rare card in Starstrike Blast.

What does the effect of mono synchron do in Yu-Gi-Oh?

Mono Synchron's effect says that if it is used as a Synchro component, the other components must be Lv4 or lower Machine or Warrior-type monsters, and they will count as being Lv1. So for example, Formula Synchron could be synchro summoned using Mono Synchron and any Lv4 or lower Machine or Warrior, as they will count as being Lv1, so 1 + 1 = a Lv2 Synchro.

Can you synchro summon shooting star dragon by using quickdraw synchron and stardust dragon?

No, it requires a a Tuner Synchro monster, meaning a Synchro monster who is also a Tuner, such as Formula Synchron. It is not asking for a 'Synchron' monster (although Formula Synchron happens to be one too) Quickdraw Synchron is not an appropriate Tuner for it because it is not a Synchro Monster.

What are a couple of monsters that are synchro and tuner monsters in one?

At the moment, just Formula Synchron.

What structure deck does formula synchron show up in?

Can you use Formula Synchron to special summon Shooting Quasar Dragon?

Yes, you can. Shooting Quasar Dragon requires one 'Tuner Synchro' and two or more non-Tuner Synchro monsters. So you could use Formula Synchron as the 'Tuner Synchro' but you could not use a second, the rest must be non-Tuner.

How did you summon shooting star dragon in the show?

How do you play Shooting Star Dragon without Formula Synchron?

You could so something convoluted - like summon Armory Arm, use Lightwave Tuning on it, then equip it with Demotion, making it a Lv2 Synchro Tuner (it only has to be Lv4 to be a legal target for Lightwave Tuning, it doesn't matter if the level changes after). Or you could just wait for Formula Synchron to come out.

How do you synchro summon shooting star dragon?

Shooting Star Dragon requires a 'Tuner Synchro' monster and a Stardust Dragon as components. Typically that will be Formula Synchron + Stardust Dragon, that's the easiest way. You can play around with alternate methods though, they are very inefficient. Armory Arm can be made into a Lv2 Tuner Synchro using Lightwave Tuning and Demotion. Or there are cards of different levels that can somehow copy Stardust Dragon's name. But it's probably best to stick with Formula Synchron for now.

Can you use nitro synchron and stardust to play shooting star dragon?

No, Shooting Star Dragon requires Stardust Dragon and a Tuner Synchro, ie a Synchro Monster who is also a Tuner, like Formula Synchron. Nitro Synchron is a regular Effect Tuner Monster, not a Synchro Tuner Monster, so is an invalid Tuner for Shooting Star Dragon. About the only way around it is to have something like Armory Arm and Lightwave Tuning to turn itself into a Tuner, and then a name-changing monster gain the name of Stardust Dragon, but either way it must have a Stardust Dragon and a Tuner Synchro with a combined level total of 10.

Is there a list of things thaat show the age and set of Yugioh cards?

There is not a thing that tells you how old the card is but to tell the set look at the part where it says letters and it should have the set name. For instance, Formula Synchron says STBL-EN041 STBL as in Starstrike Blast And EN English And it is the 41st card in the set.
