You Synchro Summon it using a Lv1 Tuner and a Lv1 monster.
yes, junk synchron only affects monsters on the field. synchro fusionist activates in the graveyard.
Special summon Quickdraw Synchron discarding Level Eater, special summon Level Eater from the graveyard, then sync them. Level Eater -- 1 star If this card is in the Graveyard, you can activate its effect by selecting 1 face-up Level 5 or higher monster you control. Reduce that monster's Level by 1. Special Summon this card from the Graveyard. This card cannot be Tributed except for a Tribute Summon. Quickdraw Synchron -- 5 star You can send 1 monster from your hand to the Graveyard and Special Summon this card from your hand. You can substitute this card for any 1 "Synchron" Tuner for a Synchro Summon. This card cannot be used as a Synchro Material Monster, except for the Synchro Summon of a monster that lists a "Synchron" monster as a Tuner monster.
Yes, you can. Shooting Quasar Dragon requires one 'Tuner Synchro' and two or more non-Tuner Synchro monsters. So you could use Formula Synchron as the 'Tuner Synchro' but you could not use a second, the rest must be non-Tuner.
Loki, Lord of the Aesir requires a Tuner monster with 'Nordic Alfar' in the name, and 2 (or more) non-Tuner monsters. Quickdraw Synchron does not qualify for any of those. It can also only be used for a Synchro Summon of a monster that specifically lists a 'Synchron' monster as a component. So it could take the place of the Turbo Synchron for Turbo Warrior, but not a monster like Loki.
The bit that lets it substitute for another Synchron, is not an 'effect' and thus cannot be negated. Synchron Explorer does not negate it, nor does it remove the condition that it can only be used in a Synchro summon that specifically requires a Synchron monster. There are other 'conditions' that cannot be negated too, like name changing effects that apply in deck too, maintenance costs, and restrictions like "If you use this effect, the monster cannot attack".
No, it requires a a Tuner Synchro monster, meaning a Synchro monster who is also a Tuner, such as Formula Synchron. It is not asking for a 'Synchron' monster (although Formula Synchron happens to be one too) Quickdraw Synchron is not an appropriate Tuner for it because it is not a Synchro Monster.
you mean yusei he had formula synchron and stardust dragon onthe field and he rev it up
Formula Synchron is a rare card in Starstrike Blast.
No. In order to synchro summon Majestic Red Dragon, you need Red Dragon Archfiend, Majestic Dragon, and Non-tuner monsters. Quickdraw Synchron only substitutes for tuners with "Synchron" in their name

You could so something convoluted - like summon Armory Arm, use Lightwave Tuning on it, then equip it with Demotion, making it a Lv2 Synchro Tuner (it only has to be Lv4 to be a legal target for Lightwave Tuning, it doesn't matter if the level changes after). Or you could just wait for Formula Synchron to come out.
In short: send a monster from your hand to the graveyard to special summon it from your hand. It can be substituted for any other synchron in a synchro summon, but you cannot use it to summon other Synchros. Now for the detail; Actually, it's simple. Send a monster from your hand to the graveyard (NOT discard, so it won't help the dark worlds) to special summon it. You can only use it for the synchro summon of a synchro that needs a synchron monster (eg Drill Warrior) and it treats itself as the listed tuner (eg Drill Synchron). So, you would normally synchro Drill Warrior(level 6) using Drill Synchron(level 3) and any other non-tuner level 3, like Marauding Captain (helpful hint; Marauding Captain special summons a level 4 or lower, so summon Drill Synchron and immediately synchro Drill Warrior!) Instead, you would use Quickdraw Synchron (level 5) and a level 1 non-tuner for Drill Warrior. My favourite combo with Quickdraw is to send Quilbolt Hedgehog from my hand to my graveyard to special summon it, then tune the level 5 QuickDraw with the newly special summoned level 2 Quilbolt for the Level 7 Nitro Warrior (which normally needs Nitro Synchron)! The main drawback, aside from Quickdraw's high level, is that the other synchrons have better effects. Drill Synchron let's your warriors pierce, and Nitro Synchron let's you draw a card when used for Nitro Warrior.
De-Synchron is not a real card
