Anything that you would possibly have downloaded from Neopets would have been checked for viruses by TNT, but on the other hand, my Windows based PC has been infected with a Vundo Trojan [otherwise known as "Virtumonde" or "Virtumundo"] and the only place that I can think of that it would have come from is Neopets. Vundo generally causes inexplicable and uncontrollable pop ups while browsing the web (and sometimes even when you're not Surfing) and is extremely difficult to get rid of. If that's your problem, I suggest that you do not try any free fixes found through Google, but bring your computer to a professional or ask a professional for advice on how to remove the Trojan yourself.
My sister-in-law has had problems there. In fact, she just now went there and redceived warnings of three viruses. I'm sure they are scanning but these were all brand new viruses. This can happen anywhere, however. So, just be sure you have good real time virus protection.
