Yes. It is called Elemental Hero Divine Neos in the TCG, and is available as a secret rare in Crossroads of Chaos.
Technically,in the traditional sense, it is classified as an Elemental Hero as it is an Elemental Hero Neos fusion, but as the card does not include the term 'Elemental Hero' it may not be classified as one in games, both virtual and real. Hence effects that affect E-Heros do not apply to Rainbow Neos.
The question is a bit broad. here are two possible answers to your question:1. How do you obtain "Elemental Hero Divine Neos"?"Elemental Hero Divine Neos" was released in the TCG booster pack Crossroads of Chaos.2. How do you get "Elemental Hero Divine Neos" onto the field? You must Fusion Summon this card using five monsters. These five monsters must have "Neos", "Neo-Spacian", "Elemental Hero", "Destiny Hero" or "Evil Hero" in their card name. Out of the five monsters, you must include one "Neos" monster, one "Neo-Spacian" monster and one ("Elemental", "Destiny" or "Evil") "Hero" monster.I am pretty sure he meant how to get it in a pack. What I am confused about is that the ratio for a Secret Rare is 1 in 31 Packs (double-u-tee-eff that) and there are ONLY 24 packs in a box. So, I want to ask, why is Konami such an idiot?
no just because it says "treat this cards name as e-hero neos" that doesnt mean it is that card just like proto-cyber dragon it says treat as named card it doesnt have its effect or power
If the E-Hero trying to be Fusion Summoned requires a nonspecific E-Hero (such as "E-Hero Absolute Zero), then "Neos Alius" can be used. If the Fusion Monster requires "E-Hero Neos", "Neos Alius" cannot be used since its card name cannot be treated as "E-Hero Neos" while in the Graveyard. (Though this only applies to "Rainbow Neos" who actually is not a E-Hero fusion monster.)
There is no card called "Miracle Contact" so:If you are referring to using "Miracle Fusion" with "E-Hero Neos Alius" (when not Double Summoned), then you can use it if the Fusion Material monsters does not call for a specificE-Hero. If the Fusion Material monster required is "E-Hero Neos" then you first need to Double Summon "E-Hero Neos Alius".If you are instead talking about using "Contact Out" on a Neos Fusion Monster and Special Summoning "E-Hero Neos Alius" from your deck, you can not since while it is in the deck it's name is not "E-Hero Neos".
No, they don't have "Neo-Spacian" in their card name.

Elemental Hero Neos
Rainbow Neos is a fusion card which you need the Elemental Hero Neos and Rainbow Dragon on the field or hand and use Polymerisation .
Either the question is asking (1) what type is "E-Hero Air Neos" or (2) where to go and what to type to find pictures of "E-Hero Air Neos". "E-Hero Air Neos" is a Warrior/Effect/Fusion-Type Monster card. You can go to Google.com, click "Image Search", and type in "Elemental Hero Air Neos" to find pictures of it.

No, nowhere on the card does it even imply that happens.
You'll need Polymerization, or another card that fuses monsters. You need to fuse any combination of the following: "Elemental HERO Neos" or "Elemental HERO Neos Alius", any other HERO monster (ie. Elemental HERO Sparkman, Destiny HERO Diamond Dude, Dark HERO Inferno Wing, Masked HERO Dian), a Neo-Spacian monster, and a Neo Space monster (ie. Neo Space Pathfinder). The conditions are that you must include a "Neos" monster, a HERO monster, and a Neo-Spacian or Neo Space monster.

No. In game terms there is a difference between an "Elemental Hero Neos" and an "Elemental Hero Neos monster"Look at the Six Samurai cards. They all say "Six Samurai monster" which means "Any monster with the word Six Samurai in the name. So any six samurai monster can be used for the Six Samurai effect. Then look at Dark Magic Curtain. I just says "Dark Magician" not "Dark Magician monster". That means it can only ever summon a "Dark Magician" and not any other kind, like "Skilled Dark Magician".Neos Knight needs a "Elemental Hero Neos" as one component. Neos Alius therefore does not satisfy this requirement, as it is looking for a monster called, and only called "Elemental Hero Neos." Once Neos Alius uses its Gemini effect to change its name, then it does satisfy the requirement for any card that requires an Elemental Hero Neos. That's entirely the point of its effect, to allow it to be used for cards that require Elemental Hero Neos.Note that Neos Alius can take the place of the non-specific Warrior monster though.
