Actually, that article doesn't say anything about him not practicing Catholicism (on any of the three pages). It simply states that he is open to and respectful of homosexuals. I think, if he was a practicing Catholic, that this would make him a better Catholic. Whatever you're stance is on Catholicism, The Bible teaches to be open to and respectful of all people.
