Yea, it halfs the amount of steps you need to take, but you have to have the egg and Marcergo in your party at the same time.
If you're asking how to hatch an egg in Pokemon emerald then you just have to walk around with the egg in your party. It can take a while. Different Pokemon need different numbers of steps, as a general rule the better the Pokemon the more steps it takes. You can speed up the process by having a Pokemon with the pokepower Magma Armour as the first in your party. Slugma's a good bet for that.
Pokemon are determined to be either shiny or normal when you first meet them either when they hatch from their egg or you see them for the first time in the wild. Since charizard do not appear in the wild naturally in Emerald, you will need to hatch a lot of charmander until you find a shiny one. After that you just need to evolve that charmander into a charizard.
you take two Pokemon (boy and girl) to the day care outside (the city with the electric gym) and leave them there for a while. if you come back and the man outside the house is one square outside the fence, bingo!
sometimes this will actually work, sometimes not. it depend on your luck, as emerald is a primitive game compared to today. i recommend you to try it! it didnt work for me. lol X(
Any Egg requires a certain amount of steps to be walked, ran, or biked in order for it to hatch and depending on the pokemon inside it may take longer to hatch. Also having a pokemon with Flame Body in the party assists in lowering the amount of steps that are necessary.
5355 steps. You could use a Pokemon with the ability Magma Armour to halve the steps. The Pokemon are Slugma or Marcago or Camerupt.
yes tou can
yes
i don't have Pokemon emerald, but the answer is always the same. not how long. how many steps. walk ALOT and the egg will slowly start to hatch

Breed a Wigglytuff hatch the egg to receive igglybuff.
No hatch it first then release the Pokemon inside if you don't want it.
keep it in your party, make a fire Pokemon as the leader so it will take less time to hatch
No, you have to walk/ride with your bike a certain amount of steps.
Put a starter with a ditto in the Pokemon daycare and wait for an egg hatch it to get the baby starter.
Without cheats they randomly appear in the wild or hatch from eggs.
yes but togepi and arbok hatch from eggs.
