If you're asking how to hatch an egg in Pokemon emerald then you just have to walk around with the egg in your party. It can take a while. Different Pokemon need different numbers of steps, as a general rule the better the Pokemon the more steps it takes. You can speed up the process by having a Pokemon with the pokepower Magma Armour as the first in your party. Slugma's a good bet for that.

∙ 13y agoTo hatch an egg in Pokemon Platinum, simply walk, run, or ride the bike. Keep it in your party and it will eventually hatch.
You can check it's progress by going to it's summary.
Keep in mind that some eggs hatch later than others, and require more steps.
