Yes and no. They do in a special manga that is a paralell universe but really I think also goes with the orignal manga. Her name is Tsukino Kousagi. She has bunny for her hairstyle and loves curry and hot things. She even has her own cat.

Is Mamoru a Sailor Senshi?
No. Mamoru is the Prince of Earth, Endymion, and the future King of Crystal Tokyo. While he does possess the Golden Crystal, counterpart to Usagi [Serena]'s Silver Crystal, and it is incredibly powerful, it does not make him a Sailor Senshi [Scout]. It is never stated whether it is the Golden Crystal or Mamoru's own past as Prince Endymion that enables him to transform into Tuxedo Mask, but in the manga, where it is revealed that Mamoru possesses a Sailor Crystal for Earth, the way the other Sailor Senshi do for their respective planets, it is assumed that it is because of this crystal (which appears to be embedded inside his Golden Crystal, inside his body), he can do magical things the way the Sailor Senshi can. For that reason, we never see a "Sailor Earth," because Mamoru is already the equivalent of a "Sailor Earth," without actually possessing that title. Series creator Naoko Takeuchi has expressed in interviews that only women can be true Sailor Senshi, but unless Mamoru is a cosmic exception, it is possible that men possess Sailor Crystals. Because the Sailor Crystals only exist in the manga, and not the anime, there is no real way of knowing if this same "rule" applies there.

Serena (Usagi) and Darien (Mamoru) do not get married in the anime series, though they do in the conclusion of the manga series. In both the anime and the manga's final arc, Mamoru proposes to Usagi before departing for the United States on an airplane, a voyage he never completes because Sailor Galaxia steals his Star Seed, the Golden Crystal, before he makes it. At the conclusion of both the anime and manga, Mamoru returns; in the anime, he and Usagi are presumably still engaged, but in the manga, they marry. Just prior to their wedding, Crystal Tokyo is shown, implying that it the wedding takes place during the 30th century. There are three Sailor Moon feature films; all of them take place prior to the final arc, called Sailor Moon Sailor Stars in the anime, so Usagi and Mamoru are not engaged or married in any of them. However, anime artwork does exist of Usagi and Mamoru in wedding garb; often this was promotional arc strictly for posters and other memorabilia, and does not reflect anything that actually happened during the series' 200-episode run.
