In what Sailor Moon episode do Usagi and Mamoru sleep together?

In the last act of the Japanese manga, a naked Usagi and Mamoru are shown waking up in the same bed, and are later shown marrying. Usagi tells Mamoru that she can feel their future daughter (Chibiusa) growing inside her, implying she and Mamoru not only shared a bed, but also had sex. In an earlier chapter, however, there is an implication that she may have had sex with Mamoru

Do Mamoru and Usagi stay together throughout the whole season?

Since you used the word "season," it depends on which one you're referring to. Because Mamoru (Darien/Tuxedo Mask) and Usagi (Serena/Sailor Moon) first met in the first season and didn't know of their true identities until the near-end of the arc, they weren't "together." In the first part of the second season, Mamoru didn't remember his identity as Tuxedo Mask or Prince Endymion, let alone Usagi. Instead, his memories manifested as the spirit Moonlight Knight, who assisted Sailor Moon in battle. At the end of this arc, Moonlight Knight "merged" with Mamoru and gave him his memories back, and he and Usagi became "official." In the second part of the second season, Usagi and Mamoru dated, up until Mamoru started receiving premonitions that Usagi would die if he stayed with her. Rather than tell Usagi about the dreams, he abruptly broke up with her, citing that he didn't want to be with her because of his past memories. They remained broken up until near the end of the season, when the truth about Mamoru's dreams was revealed, along with their source: his future self, King Endymion. After that, they got back together and remained that way through the final season, when Mamoru gave Usagi a promise ring (an engagement ring in the manga) before he departed for Harvard in the United States.

When does darien cheat on Serena?

Darien (Mamoru Chiba in the original Japanese) never cheats on Serena (Usagi Tsukino). He does break up with her toward the beginning of the second part of Season 2, in episode 61, "Huge Shock for Usagi! Mamoru Declares a Breakup!" (episode 55 in the dub, "The Cosmetic Caper"). During various points during their split, Mamoru deliberately led Usagi to believe he had moved on and gotten a new girlfriend (Unazuki/Lizzie, the younger sister of Mamoru's best friend, Motoki/Andrew), but she later found out that Mamoru had just done Unazuki a favor, and was not actually dating her.

Why do Sailor Moon and Tuxedo Mask break up?

Rini is the daughter of Tuxedo Mask and Sailor Moon from the future. Sailor Moon and Tuxedo Mask get married; however, they are married as Serena and Darien (or Usagi and Mamoru in the Japanese anime).

When does usagi get back with mamoru in sailor moon?

Is Mamoru a Sailor Senshi?

No. Mamoru is the Prince of Earth, Endymion, and the future King of Crystal Tokyo. While he does possess the Golden Crystal, counterpart to Usagi [Serena]'s Silver Crystal, and it is incredibly powerful, it does not make him a Sailor Senshi [Scout]. It is never stated whether it is the Golden Crystal or Mamoru's own past as Prince Endymion that enables him to transform into Tuxedo Mask, but in the manga, where it is revealed that Mamoru possesses a Sailor Crystal for Earth, the way the other Sailor Senshi do for their respective planets, it is assumed that it is because of this crystal (which appears to be embedded inside his Golden Crystal, inside his body), he can do magical things the way the Sailor Senshi can. For that reason, we never see a "Sailor Earth," because Mamoru is already the equivalent of a "Sailor Earth," without actually possessing that title. Series creator Naoko Takeuchi has expressed in interviews that only women can be true Sailor Senshi, but unless Mamoru is a cosmic exception, it is possible that men possess Sailor Crystals. Because the Sailor Crystals only exist in the manga, and not the anime, there is no real way of knowing if this same "rule" applies there.

What happened to Mamoru in Sailor Stars?

Mamoru went to Harvard in the United States of America to study abroad. However, before he could get there, Galaxia attacked his plane mid-flight and removed his star seed, killing him. Whether the rest of the flight was affected isn't shown, and Usagi is not shown to have any awareness of what happened to Mamoru throughout the season. In the manga's final arc, "Stars," something similar happens in that Galaxia removes Mamoru's Sailor Crystal, but before he boards the plane. Usagi witnesses the entire thing, and faints from shock. She doesn't quite believe what she has seen, even when it is revealed that the person sending her mysterious cards is not Mamoru, as she expected, but Seiya.

Do Serena and Darien get married in the series or in the movies and does Darien leave to go to school and come back before the series' or movies' end as well being engaged?

Serena (Usagi) and Darien (Mamoru) do not get married in the anime series, though they do in the conclusion of the manga series. In both the anime and the manga's final arc, Mamoru proposes to Usagi before departing for the United States on an airplane, a voyage he never completes because Sailor Galaxia steals his Star Seed, the Golden Crystal, before he makes it. At the conclusion of both the anime and manga, Mamoru returns; in the anime, he and Usagi are presumably still engaged, but in the manga, they marry. Just prior to their wedding, Crystal Tokyo is shown, implying that it the wedding takes place during the 30th century. There are three Sailor Moon feature films; all of them take place prior to the final arc, called Sailor Moon Sailor Stars in the anime, so Usagi and Mamoru are not engaged or married in any of them. However, anime artwork does exist of Usagi and Mamoru in wedding garb; often this was promotional arc strictly for posters and other memorabilia, and does not reflect anything that actually happened during the series' 200-episode run.
