No, because when Pokemon Gold, Silver, and Crystal were made, Ruby, Sapphire, and Emerald weren't made, thus that makes it not a existing Pokemon then.
Pokemon Platnium, Pearl, Diamond, Emerald, Ruby, Sapphire, Crystal, Silver, Gold, Blue, Yellow, Leafgreen, Firered, Red, and ?
Either have it as a starter in Pokemon Gold, Silver, Crystal, Soul Silver, or Heart Gold. In Pokemon LeafGreen and FireRed you'll need to trade a Pokemon for it. Also in Pokemon Sapphire, Ruby, and Emerald. In Pokemon Diamond, Pearl, and Platinum you have to trade a Pokemon for it. Hope this helps!
Sadly you can not. You can transfer Pokemon from red, blue, or yellow version up to crystal, but crystal, gold, and silver version are not compatible with ruby, Sapphire, or emerald and onwards. It is due to a new way of saving the data that makes up a Pokemon in the newer generations.
is gligar
no
Ruby, sapphire, emrald, and crystal(crystal is the old version of soul silver);~]

You have to use the Pal Park option which is only available after obtaining the National Pokedex. Even then it isn't trading, you are transferring Pokemon from Sapphire to SoulSilver.
You can not catch an absol in silver or gold and crystal. Absol is from ruby and sapphire onwards.
You can't the unknown Pokemon are from the gold, silver and crystal games they are not in sapphire, ruby or emerald. :)
Nope. sorry
you trade sunkern from Pokemon gold/silver/crystal and evolve it with a sun stone
Chikorita is #152, and it is a starter Pokemon you can choose from in Gold, Silver, Crystal, HeartGold, and SoulSilver.
No, crystal is too old to use pal park (wont go in a DS) and anything of an earlier generation, unless the new one has no new Pokemon, cant trade. Example= platinum and heart-gold/soul-silver could because both have same national pokedex, but sapphire/ruby and black/white couldn't because black has more Pokemon in national pokedex. So you need to get a heart-gold/soul-silver game to trade from Johto.
you cant only in Pokemon gold, silver, crystal, ruby, sapphire, emerald, diamond and pearl and in black and white(:
