you can not focus

mind weak

memory weak

body weak

lower Back pain

whitening of hair

eye sight weakness

lack of confidence

arms and legs are weak

right shoulder is shorter than left

right chestis shorter than left

can cause inferility after marriage

-I dont agree with this person because mastrubation is known to be a good thing. But then again this person might have already experineced this. But as far as i know, mastrubation is a good thing.

Everything that guy/girl wrote i've experienced and still am experiencing. F!!! But when I stop masturbating, I get to total exact opposite effects. Masturbation is NO DOUBT the worse physical habit you can do. It will ruin your whole life! Whoever said it was a good thing knows that it will.
