Use your voice as little as possible - don't talk, sing, hum, etc. And if you smoke - stop. You should also gargle with a warm salt water solution several times a day. The salt water will help remove the 'film' on your throat, and the salt has natural antibacterial properties, so it will help in that way, as well.
But if this is something really important to you, and it sounds like it is, you may want to consult your doctor about something that may be more effective.
