Yes, but the only way is to be the leader. If you are then you need to delete all of the members then o the bottom left cornor you will see delete guild. Click it then your guild is deleted. If you want to leave your guild and is the then just quit leadership located right by the delete guild.

You cannot delete a house on Habitarium. To move your house off the game screen, click on the item bag, click the house that you want to move, then drag the house in your item bag. Make sure there are no petpetpets in that house.
You can just leave the habitarium and then come back, then you either you start over and one of the P3's die and you get a gem so your past the dragging stage or you don't start over but one of your P3's die and you get a gem and go on past the dragging stage.

You can't, sorry. :) any eggs that are still little and need to be incubated can just be deleted directly from your inventory. But you don't get any XP when you do it this way, so...
You can't "delete" them but you can donate them to the pound which means you won't own them anymore but they will still exist.
