To get shiny Pokemon, you can either use some sort of cheat device (Action replay, etc), or find them in the wild. Bear in mind they are very VERY rare. Once i found a shiny Uxie but I couldn't catch it, so I had to restart (but i did catch a normal uxie eventually!)
