Also if you want to make it stronger, you can equip the soothe bell, and battle alongside with it in trainer battles and wild Pokemon battles. EV training using the pokeradar is also a good plan, because this will give your Lopunny a clean stat gain so your Pokemon will not only be happy, but also strong. for a Loppuny, I suggest staravia in the wild. if you don't get a staravia patch, run and recharge.

Staravia evolves into Staraptor at level 34. If yours is past that level make sure it's not holding an item that stops evolution. (Everstone). To evolve Buneary, you have to have a good friendship with it. Feed it poffins, walk around a lot with it first in your party, and try not to let it faint. If your Buneary is happy with you it will then evolve.
