That's easy just download the following: WinRaR, Fusion emulator. Then go to CoolRom.Com and go to the ROM FILES go to sega genesis or master system then go to the S section and find Sonic the hedgehog 2 click on it wait for the download link to appear download it and now use WinRaR to unpack both the Fusion emulator and the game then run th emulator and open the game by choosing genesis or master system ROM and your set to play!
