There is no such thing as a blue ruby. In Pokemon Fire Red there is a blue sapphire, and a red ruby. If you are looking for the red ruby, it can be found at Mt. Ember (north of One Island). From there, drop down the holes in this order: up, left, right, down). When you get the sapphire, a guy will come and take it. k this one is a bit tough to get. first get a Pokemon that knows cut. then go to six island i think it is and go to dotted hole. use cut on the door then go inside. this is where it gets tricky. you have to fall in a spicific way, like for example, up, down left right. if you don't fall through the holes in the right way youll fall back to the beginning and youll have to do it again. when you get to the bottom take the sapphire. a guy will come down and take the sapphire from you. he runs away to five island but first he gives you the other password to the warehouse. go there and get to him. im pretty sure he has all electric Pokemon so bring a ground Pokemon. when you beat him he gives you the sapphire. then go back to celio and he'll freak out and now you can trade with ruby and sapphire versions yay!
