you can't unless you find him and stalk him. The many producer's throughout the series are not stupid enough to keep their home address or the phone number on the internet. it's just common sense.

uh...you cant. If Harry Potter is real, he's too old and will have no idea who you are and how you know every single one of his thoughts and adventures. Anyway, he may even just be a fictional character that is held in the hearts in all of his adoring fans who think he's real, hence it would be impossible to speak to him. Btw, I did not say I didn't think HP was real.

Hogwarts is a fictional school, you can't really contact it. In the series you'd send an owl to whoever you wished to speak to inside the school.

Alternatively, if you were an adult witch or wizard, you could travel to Hogsmeade and then visit the school.
