Okay, first of all, go to the Cave Behind the Blackthorn Gym, then walk down, until you see water, Surf down till you see a house, go in it, then walk up and you'll see someone standing there. Talk to him, and answer his questions, then if you answered them correctly, Clair ( Blackthorn City Gym leader ) will come in and talk to you. Then when shes done, you can go in the gym.
