Well, the stations' website just says that they have indeed switch to a News only station, but doesn't exactly say why. I thought at first it may be financial, but then, Atlanta is THEE Hip Hop central! I mean, Welcome to Atlanta and so many other songs where written about here and in here. So it can't possibly be that. I personally think that corprate thought it would be a good way to gain listeners, by tricking them. You get into your car one day waiting for CJ and Murph Dog, and Carmen Calls, and Booty Calls, and Broke ass Movie Monday and such, and you hear this news and just are in disbelief and can't change the station. I guess that's the only way they can get any listeners. I know when I get into my car in the morning on my long drive to work, i want MUSIC!! When i go home and turn my news on, i want NEWS! I have my system people!
