Yes, during the final battle Draco Malfoy nearly died twice. The first time was in the Room of Requirement when his friend, Vincent Crabbe, used a cursed fire on the room - but was unable to put it out. Draco and Gregory Goyle were rescued by Harry Potter, Ron Weasley and Hermione Granger. They were unable to save Vincent Crabbe and he died.
The second time, Draco was once again saved by Harry, Ron and Hermione who cursed a death eater who was trying to kill Draco.
Draco Malfoy didn't die. Vincent Crabbe dies in the Room of Requirement via his own Fiendfyre spell, but Harry saves Draco.
No Actually he almost does b/c he is reluctant to kill dumbledore but he still is evil and sided w/ voldemort
In Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince, Severus Snape and Narcissa Malfoy performed the Unbreakable Vow. This is the ultimate magical promise, as if Snape chose to break this promise, he would die. Snape promised whilst holding hands with Narcissa and with the Bonder (witness) Bellatrix Lestrange, that he would assist Draco Malfoy in his task of killing Albus Dumbledore if Malfoy struggles or is in danger of failing. Snape obliged willingly, as Dumbledore and Snape has already planned Dumbledore's death.
Draco is not evil, in fact he feels a lot of remorse for the acts he has been forced to perform under Voldemort's rule. At the end of Half Blood Prince he actually lowers his wand and does not want to kill Dumbledore. He is actually forced to do these acts - otherwise Voldemort has said he will kill him and his family. So when Harry and Hermione get taken to Malfoy Manor he is reluctant to certainly identify them as he does not want them to die on his account.
No, both of them survived.
Draco could die, the only reason he didn't is because Harry, Ron and Hermione saved his life, twice.
None of the Malfoy's died in the book. Although Draco Malfoy was saved twice by Harry, Ron and Hermione.
*gasps* Draco Malfoy will NEVER die! how dare you ask such a thing! Draco Malfoy had many close encounters in the Deathly Hallows, but was suprisingly saved by Harry and Ron. In the entire series, Draco Malfoy does not die. I notice this is posted in Ancient Greece, however, so I think I just answered the wrong question.

Harry, Ron and Hermione saved Draco and Gregory Goyle, but Crabbe died. The second time, Hermione cursed a death eater who was attempting to kill Draco.

No, they survived the series.
No. Draco didn't even go to the midnight duel. Draco survived the series.
Draco Malfoy, is not a house elf he is a human and he did not die. Dobby, the house elf, did die.
None of the Malfoys (Lucius, Narcissa, Draco) die at the end of the Harry Potter series. In the end of the series he is spared from Azkaban because his Wife Narcissa helped Harry in the Forbidden Forest.
No, thank God. DM FOREVA!
Lucius Malfoy does not die in the books. He, Narcissa and Draco live throughout the Battle of Hogwarts.
No, at the very very end he is married and has a son.
