He didn't know about the diary being destroyed or any of the Horcruxes' being destroyed until Harry told him the night that Voldemort dies. Voldemort could not "feel" any of his Horcruxes being destroyed, as he was too intent on getting his hands on the Deathly Hallows as a means to kill Harry and take over the world.

It is most likely that Lord Voldemort hated muggles because of the long-standing persecution he suffered as a boy. His father (who was a muggle, frequently beat his wife (Voldemort's mother, who was a witch) and ran away when she was pregnant with Voldemort. During Voldemort's childhood, while he was in the orphanage, the other children would bully and call Voldemort names because of the powers he had. He would then use the powers to punish the Muggle children which had bullied him.

I do believe so, as the reason Dumbledore had Snape join the Order of the Phoenix and the Death Eaters was to relay information from Voldemort to the Order and the Order to Voldemort (usually fake information from the latter).
