Albus Dumbledore defeated Gellert Grindlewald and became the owner of the Elder Wand.
Draco Malfoy disarmed Albus Dumbledore in Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince which meant that Draco was recognised as the new owner of the wand. The only person who knew this was Dumbledore, who then died.
At Malfoy Manor, Harry ran past Draco and pulled several wands out of his hand (making him the master of all of them) one of which was Draco's. Thus Harry was now the master of the Elder Wand without knowing it.
Voldemort stole the Elder Wand from Dumbledore's tomb and thought that because he had taken it from him, he would be the master. But when he realized that it didn't work as well as it could for him he ordered his snake to kill Severus Snape who he thought was the true master.
When Voldemort challenged Harry with the Elder Wand, it knew it could not kill it's own master so Harry's disarming spell worked and Harry caught the Elder Wand.
Harry then decided that he didn't want the Elder Wand because it caused to much trouble, instead he repaired his old wand.

No, he doesn't. In the end Voldemort casts the Avada Kadarva curse with the elder wand at Harry, but it back fires as Harry is the true owner of the elder wand and it hits Voldemort, and he dies.
because the Elder wand can be forced to kill its owner like another wand could be forced to kill its owner. but voldemort did not kill harry with the wand he just killed a part of his own soul because harry didnt try to defend himself.
He is a character in the Harry Potter books. Gregorovitch is a wand maker. He makes his wands somewhere in Europe and at one time was the owner of the Elder Wand.

The relevance of the "Elder Wand" in Harry Potter is mainly that it is a very powerful wand. Also, that its allegiance changes when somebody defeats the previous owner; according to the Harry Potter books, that is the usual case with wands. In the case of the Elder Wand, the details of the ownership changes are somewhat complicated.

Harry Potter became the rightful master of the Elder Wand. The Wand belongs to the person who defeats its current owner. On the Astronomy Tower right before Dumbledore was killed, Malfoy disarmed him therefore becoming the rightful master. Later on, in a scuffle in Malfoy Manor, Harry obtained Malfoy's wand and became the owner of the Elder Wand without knowing. Voldemort broke into Dumbledore's grave and stole the wand and tried to kill Harry with it, but because Harry was the wand's true master, the spell backfired and killed Voldemort. Harry eventually decided the wand was too powerful and destroyed it, after using it just once to mend his own wand.

The night in the astronomytower Draco disarmed Dumbledore meaning he possesed the elder wand and snape killed dumbledore but the wand is Draco's So he didnt own the wand as he killed dumble dore and then harry disarmed draco in deathly hallows part 1 so the wand is Harry's and in Part 2 Voldemort thinking it was snape's killed him and he thought that the elder wand was his and when they dueled Harry and Voldemort, Voldemort hit harry with the killing curse but The wand Don't dare to kill its owner so it flew to harry himself
Wands choose their owners and no wand is weak simply through its own properties. A wand would be weak because the owner wasn't a very capable witch or wizard. Vincent Crabbe and Gregory Goyle were the worst students in Harry's year at Hogwarts.
Voldemort dies at the end of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows because all his horcruxes have been destroyed.
