James Mccord was a CIA operitive who purposely botched the break-in at the Watergate Hotel. He was the "plumber" responsible for placing Duct Tape Horizontally across the door locks not once but TWICE after the security guard had earlier removed his previous swatch. The reason the CIA was interested in sabotaging the mission of bugging the DNC chairman's office was to create a scandal for the Administration who was in the midst of reorganizing the entire federal structure of goverment(including and especially the intelligence community) in order to place "nixon frendlies" in every lower-level position of government operations. Nixon ordered the resignation of every singe Fed employee after his landslide re-election.(1972)From Transportation to Housing to The CIA. Unfortunatly for Tricky the CIA was not down.
