Go get the pokeflute but to do that go in the celadon game corner and fight a rocket and check behind the poster and enter the basement here you need to find the lift key to get to basement floor 4 and beat Giovanni and receive the silph scope then go to lavendar town and enter Pokemon tower and go upwards until you battle a marowak don't try to catch it it will not ever work just defeat it then go upstairs and beat the rockets and talk to mr fuji then retalk to mr fuji and he will give you a pokeflute. Next go back to celadon city and head west and make snorlax wake up with the pokeflute defeat it or catch it then head westward and now your on cycling road just head south and then go east to fuschia city. Here you will battle the next gym leader.

Go to celadon city with a Pokemon that knows Cut then cut the tree near the gym go in the gym and beat erika and you get the rainbowbadge.
