first time around doc ock can be hard but is actually really easy

you didn't say which battle your on eg bank battle train battle final battle but the same technique is required for all the fights against doc ock

so final battle with dock ock

first press the all the switches

now dock ock shield is down you may now start to fight him i recomend going into 1 of the room that way you wont get knocked in the water or get hit by the plasma thing

go in spidey reflexes when your head flashes press circle to Dodge his attack then straight after you dodged it press triangle to web his tentacle to the ground keep doing this until all 4 of his tentacles are webbed to the ground then you can start to punch him but as soon as you see his tentacles break free immediantly move back so he doesn't attack you then repeat the process of webbing his tentacles to the ground and punching until he is dead

you will fight him 2 times. but both in the bank and in the warehouse you must dodge his tentecles with the circle button then web them with the triangle button. you must do this in pairs. (circle,triangle,circle,trianngle, and so on)
