Raiku and Entei will appear on your map at a location where you can catch them. Suicune will first go to Cianwood city and then to a place just out side mt mortar.
first you have to go to a cave in one of the cities.it looks like a building.then you have to walk around and you see 3 Pokemon.then you have to look around the place and have a wild encounter.it could be a suicune,raikou or the Pokemon you been looking for an entei.i suggest you use your pokedex to track entei down and use one of the radio station songs because one of them helps you get wild encounters fast
